This is bollocks, I was a compulsive liar for three or four years, and the way I got over it was by realising it only helped me personally short term, and lies hurt, a lot.

You don't need medication, oyu don't need help, you've just got to stop having such a self sympathetic attitude. Drugs would never help.and I could never imagine someone with a CLD talking to a shrink, when you are a compulsive liar you have a LOT of trust issues yourself.
