24 frames per second is the frame rate of film (technically 23.976), 30 frames per second is the frame rate of normal standard video (technically 29.97)

Any non-pro camera (consumer camera) shoots in 30 frames per second at default and that's all they shoot. This has the same speed, 30fps, the look of it is how i tell
