God bless anyone who was a kid during the 80's and grew up watching quite possibly one of the top 5 best cartoons of all time. wpbigbang07 hit the nail right on the head about this being a real cartoon. I'm so grateful for being born in 1980 and being a child in that era. I don't think we'll ever see a batch of cartoons from the 80's such as Transformers, GI Joe, He-Man, TMNT, The Real Ghostbusters, Voltron, Garfield and Friends, Ducktales, Thundercats, and many more. PLEASE 1980's Come Back!!!

The original opening and ending parts for Transformers seasons 1, 2, and 3 I liked since most of them were all different. But when RID, Armada, Energon,and Cybertron came along, please! It was the SAME theme opening everytime! That's why I prefer the japanese openings and endings. They're different. And the only thing the U.S. version shows in the opens are Cybertronians transforming and nothing else. It gets boring after a while.
