I know what you mean by working out and building muscle and the scale is not budging. I actually gained 2 pounds from working out. It's annoying, I know that I am doing something but it's just not reflective. Keep up the hard work!!!

I've been using this site called bodyrock - I swear I am not spamming or anything - but it is AMAZING, just look up body rock on youtube and take a quick look :)
Then don't worry about pounds worry about your inches. Muscle does not weigh more than fat. 1 lb of muscle =1 lb. 1 lb of fat =1lb. Common sense. HOWEVER 1 lb of muscle occupys 1/3 of the space than 1lb of fat. This is why you should be more concerned about your inches than weight. Some women get discouraged b.c they can physically see that they have slimmed down but haven't lost that much pounds.

i purchased my 17 day diet book on walmart.com & paid only $13.20. i am almost done with the book 7 I plan on starting assoon as I am done reading. Good luck to all on this venture and I hope we all get the results we are looking for.

When my 3rd daughter was 4 months old I started P90X and got in such great shape! I love food and can never ever stick with a diet. But with breastfeeding and P90X I got down to below 110, size 1-3 dependign on the brand, and was the most toned I'd been since I was 19. Now I am expecting baby #4 and I def plan on doing P90X again after this one. It's work but for me it felt easier than sticking with a constant diet and paying attention to carbs and whatnot. Anyway, good luck and congrats!!
@StAnKyGeEsEhOuSe P90x is an excellent product. I mean anyone will see results from doing a workout consistently for 90 days BUT P90X is great for those that don't have the time/knowledge to map out a workout split/plan and you can do it in your own home. HIIT training is a much better option than these diets. Congrats on your success w/it :)

I agree with baycoralore, if you do a cardio workout this should speed up your metabolism. You could also use a measuring tape in addition to weigh yourself and this will give you a better view of the inches you are losing. Thank you for these weight loss videos. i know what u mean about no carbs, i did that in the beginning w/the P90X nutrition plan, and oh my goodness u feel weak and cranky, but it is till u get used to it...
FIT TIP: Not working out is not that great, you are making your results so much harder to get. Besides you are slowing down your metabolism. You know hat muscles burn fat, right? But if you do not affect the scale, just do CARDIO and skip strength training. By burning more calories during cardio trainings you can allow yourself to eat a bit more healthy food that your body needs and not starve yourself. x
Hi I am also on a diet. Not the 17 days but I work out and eat healthy and don't eat candy. No soda as well. It is hard sometimes, but I do not crave chocolate and candy so much any more, as I did before.
@Lalah26 I took this class for nutrition on behavioral eating and learned that there were two types of cravings. There is one that your body is telling you what it needs (for instance chocolate - most cases your body is telling you it needs more calcium) & the other is your craving to eat from boredom. (Candy spikes your insulin levels) Perhaps you no longer "crave" chocolate because you get your calcium from healthy eating? :)
YOu should try the Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels and Jackie Warner tapes...they are amazing! The pounds will come off so much faster. Thanks for the videos.

@StillGlamMom drinking dill infusion helps, 50 grames of plant in a liter of boiled water and you drink 3 times a day. another is to feed the baby more often; it's probably stress in your case don't loose hope. try the dill thing and tell me how it works coz I have more recipes. x
