  • IIRC he calls out to Snake in the original on the squawk box through radio.

  • I hate to dislike this video, but it was way over-the-top. The original was a masterpiece, this is just a cheap Saturday morning cartoon-like remake. I'm glad I didn't bother playing the game.

  • Possibly the most hilarious way to take out a tank i've ever seen.

  • i wanna see every mgs ever made, startin from its days on the msx, remade to next gen standards, and sold (along with mgs 4 maybe) on the next gens as one big mgs uber collection boxset!!! if you agree, then copy and paste this comment everywhere there are mgs fans, and spread the word, and maybe we can make it happen!!! for mgs fans everywhere!!!!

  • Again Dr. Evil we found your very gay laugh. A neck cracker has it.

  • I prefer how the cinematic scenes were done in the PSOne version of Metal Gear Solid, along with the voice acting. The Nintendo GameCube version may have the upper-hand with better graphics; however, it's unfortunate it got the parody treatment. Hopefully, there will be a redo with original voice acting, and far more rational cinematic scenes. Although, I will say that I did enjoy the choreography of the Ninja (Grey Fox) in Twin Snakes.

  • The raven on my head thirsts for his blood

    raven:DAM RIGHT NIGGA XD

  • What a punch!

  • oh sorry, all i can say is MGS4 is the best! haaay, :D

  • all i can say is, "Twin Snake" is more unrealistic action. like wat snake did while he was fighting wid ocelot haha :))

  • I wouldn't use the term "unrealistic", if I were you. People might pick on you for saying that.

  • I prefer the original Raven's voice. He seemed like this nigh on invincible force; this one sounds more like an over-the-top villain.

  • I couldn't agree more

  • @Joaquin602001 I think this raven has a more native american accent well thats just an opinion.

  • @Joaquin602001

    You were 12.

I don't see how anyone can prefer the old version.

  • @Scentless - I was 15, and I've played the game all the way through at least twice a year for the past five years.

  • @Joaquin602001

There's no cure for bad taste, brah.

  • @Scentless - Because, of course, throwing a grenade into a tank's gun barrel is -good- taste, not to mention jumping from one missile to another.

  • @Joaquin602001

    Yeah, it is, actually.

    Because it's fucking badass.

If I saw you throw a grenade down a tank's main gun, drop the pin, and set off a dramatic explosion, or shoot a missile at a hind d after flipping off of one of it's own missiles, this debate would be over, because I would be too awe-stricken to say anything. Lighten up, brah.

Kojima doesn't take Metal Gear as seriously as 95% of his fans do, and that's why it's so great.

  • @Scentless You do know that Kojima didn't make the remake, right? And fortunately, they are (rumored, but obviously true) getting an HD remake on PS3.

  • @Scentless It's not badass. Holy crap, no, please don't think this cutscene is awesome in anyway. It's just extremely goofy and embarrassing. So "brah", if you're looking for over the top cutscene, go watch Devil May Cry 3.

  • Hahahahaha! Nah, I don't like this Twin Snakes. That grenade thing made him more a baseball player than a soldier :D

  • CRYPTIC METAPHOR!
