I've tried playing Steve Vai's take of the Halo theme one time but it didn't turn out too good. I'm thinking of re-doing it sometime in the future. Leo taught me how to play it!
Try not to let your fingers fly so far out from the fretboard. It helps with speed a lot more. Other than that, pretty good stuff, apart from the quality, which isn't your fault at all.
