  • wich version is it?

  • does this require internet connection

  • Very good app, just got it and it's the best, just abit out of date on maps. Australia Queensland

  • The best navigation software on the iPhone, much better than the TomTom app, will be even better with the next free update that includes ipod integration and street text to speech.

  • I have tried this iphone GPS Navigon. I was really impress with the interface. The map graphic is very precise and responsive. However, I ran into some problem due to out of dated map in my city (I lived in Toronto, Canada). Navigon told me to keep left to exit, but that was the old road. The exit is now on the right. The exit has been moved to the right for few years now. That means, your map is way out of date. Beside that, I really like Navigon over any other iphone GPSs

  • make sure your computer volume is turned down. this fucking video is silent until like 30 seconds into it, then this lady blurts out loudly some nonsense that just gave me a headache and caused my dog to piss all over the floor.

  • hahah it scared me too

  • Hi i am in the uki, using the europe version of this app but the language is not english so i cant understand iit how can i change the language? thanks

  • This app is the best i can use it without internet or data plan or what ever, this Cool, real hot

  • Works great on my iPhone 3g, though it needs to be close to window for good gps signal but is a limitation of phone not software.

  • It's too expencive :s

  • If the GPS was only reliable with this software, I would be happy!

  • lol that's exactly what it is. You only need an iphone 3g or 3gs and this application, then you have an GPS in hand. You don't even need your voice plan or data plan

  • whats the app called on app store?

  • NAVIGON MobileNavigator North America

  • its not out yet, right?

  • there is a europe one.. ;p

  • what it has to do with anything...just psting in the middle of the comments something that has nothing to do to anything...gdamn

  • NAVIGON MobileNavigator North America is already available in the apple app store...

  • type navigon ag in the search bar

  • how does this work? app store?

  • Let me guess it requires 3G connectivity... and doesn't run on the GPS capability only...

  • nah, it has maps already in application so u need only gps signal, the only downside is that it takes lost of space, europe version has 1.7 gb

  • It doesn't require any wireless connection. It only requires the GPS built in to the 3G iPhone. It is 1.4Gb in size. Works like a charm!

  • we offer an onboard turn-by-turn navigation without any extra cost.

  • Sounds like an awesome application but I gotta say I bought OffMaps from 'CurlyBrackets' an official application and they said it doesn't require any 3G connectivity whatsoever but it's not true because when I put it off 3G and force it offline it does keep the maps I downloaded but doesn't manage to locate me via GPS and the only way it does so is by tapping a little bit of 3G download...

    Does this happen with Navigon?

  • do one for australia, i want this.

  • we have had navi in mobile phones for a long time in Japan and we love them!

    nice job!

    5 stars from TheJapanChannel !

Check out our channel too if you have time!

  • Sweet!

  • I wonder how many people with GPS units in their car that didn't cost much more than this will shell out the money. Probably a lot. That's sad.

  • No, that wasn't it.. I was trying to download the lite version and they just took it off and put the 69 dollar one up in the apps store

  • thhe app wont download to my 3g iphone>> does it work only for the 3GS

  • I would assume so, as the 3gs comes with a compass needed for orientation. 3g lacks the compass

  • It doesn't need the compass. GPS apps worked fine with the 3G, and the 3GS compass doesn't know North if you mount the phone upright on your dash so you can view the screen. Orientation is determined by your position as you move.

  • finally, will be buying this.

  • Excellent ! I'm really excited that it is a one-time fee instead of the rip-off $10/month that other GPS Apps charge. Thanks!

  • looks really good. i've a Navigon 1210 (with European maps) and really like the maps and interface (apart from the horrid Windows Mobile keyboard)... very tempted to get the iPhone app...

  • I'm fairly certain that voice would irritate me.

  • Looking good, although it only has text to speech "until a late summer update" for highways with numbers and letters. It won't read street names out (yet).

  • Looks great!
