At least Padilla is NOT under Cindy's thrall; he KNOWS her. "Zanny" had been used enough to where they needed to come up with a "real" name that corresponded - Zenaida, then a common last name - Gonzalez. (I believe the drug is spelled XANAX, because like xylophone, "x" words are pronounced with "z"!). Keep up the great work, Albie!

Love your videos but cant agree with Padilla. Richard Grund says in his police interview that the Zenaida Gonzalez, Jeff Hopkins /Zachary personas were born when Caylee was around 5 months old and that the story around them has not changed . He and Padilla are quite thick ,so Im sure they've shared this .........ofcourse no explanation as yet how a real ZG turned up at Sawgrass...You have George summed up to a T, he's a supreme actor, an apology of a man and not too bright..

Yeah was Richard Grund and Cindy the only two to say they heard the name Zenaida (Jeff and Zachary) from Casey? If Cindy's co-worker did it would have been from Cindy so that would be clear. But if Richard Grund really heard that name years before it's odd how a woman with the same exact name showed up of all places at Sawgrass. If this is the case how long was Casey following her. Maybe Richard just heard "the nanny" or a nickname not specifics until after. Otherwise it seems weirder.

Alby, I almost always agree with you, but not this time. The Depos were train wrecks and the fault of that lies squarely with the atty. Judging from his performance, I do not believe he is clever enough to have some grand strategy. Instead he has been steamrolled (like all the players) by Cindy and her Narcissistic Personality Disorder. At the very least they should both be in jail for Contempt and Obstruction (Geo. for perjury as well). Their atty is in WAY over his head.

George and Cindy are living in a fantasy world they still claim poor Caylee was kidnapped when she was never a Missing child EVER! George how can you take part in a Missing Child Organization when you NEVER looked not ONE time for Caylee?

zenaida's lawsuit is only for $15,000..to basically help her pay for a home for her and her children since she's had been staying in a womans shelter since being pushed from her apartment (still there?) and let go from her job after her name was put out there. how would attny morgan be making money from that? yes exposure of course which many if not most lawyers out there are always aiming for to help gain clientele. zenaida in my opinion is trying to get her life back and raise her kids

True enough the Anthony's do need reminding that they lost their grandaughter. Saying they are still grieving and acting like it have been two separate phenomenons here. Both were arrogant and animated to the point of unbelief. Playing the hostile role during depo did not reinforce their innocence nor solicit anyone's empathy, HOWEVER, I am not convinced this civil case will be won by ZG either. The only thing clear is the civil atty's driving factor = money & exposure.

Cindy used the" best defense is a strong offense "tactic in her deposition , it was frustrating listening to both of them , they do have a point in only answering the questions in regards to identifying Zenaida , they were evasive in most
