This video doesn't quite read into the details. Also, I don't know where this person got their information about the law to claim up to 3300 USD. Some Airlines follow the Montreal Convention, some the Warsaw Convention. Some not at all... I studied the US Department of Transportation rules on airconsumer.dot.gov/rules/Consumer2%20-%20Federal%20Register.pdf, and there is no mention of 3300 USD. Get a more updated document please.
