Yep it's Edmonton, you can see it on the steering wheel

#1- i think it's edmonton, as that's also a partial airport circuit, not cleveland.
#2- no his wrists should not be exposed like that but we do that to try and keep cool in excessively hot conditions.
#3- yes, visor cams are freakin cool.

@Nexxus79 a driver may do that. It's only to get the wind for some cooling.
