  • These are old films. I know because I live in Detroit. Fires happen everywhere in the world, & today in Detroit it is not anyhting like it was in the 1970s & 1980s.

  • @christof139 This Fire Was July 2008 not that old after all

  • @torgeorge, Yes, of course there are still fires all over the world, however, in Detroit the number of & rate at which fires occurred was much higher in the 1970s through very early 1990s. We were burned out of our home on the lower eastside near Chene & Warren in Poletown in 1989 by arsonist-thieves - 3 white guys that were brothers did it that were thieves.

  • @christof139 Detroit needs all three levels of Gov. to stand up and do the right thing

Move Federal work into the city and get people working,

I believe the fires will stop when the people starting them have something to look foward too. like work

  • @torgeorge, There are not that many fires now, as I explained.

  • When I get a free weekend I jump into my car And go. Im close to Buffalo N.Y.(1hour 1/2 away)and Detroit (3 Hours away).

  • Scary stuff. How do you get so much footage from a foreign country?
