It might have sounded harsh, but the Pizza guy had 45 minutes so I think there was no excuse.
If he valued his work, he'd make the effort to communicate. Eventually I told him I ordered a garlic pizza, and than he tells me they were out of white pizza. This was while I was waiting 45 minutes before he told me, so my valuable time was wasted.
It was very cocky and seemed to want to chat on his cell pjhone rather than care for his customers. Why do they hire people like that?
Its more than just a simple complaint about customer service at a Pizza Shop, its about life.
Most people lack the appropriate proactive communication and listening skills. Its like they just gave up caring, and that's when people can get hurt. I take it very serious, and some people label me as a control freak.
I've sacrificed overseas for the greater good, many of us have, but its important we show people b etter manners, and really make an effort to communicate. Do u concur

I wish more people would communicate with me, and most importantly listen. I promised myself years ago I was fed up of people's poor listening skills.
I ordered a garlic Pizza, mand 45 minutes later the Pizza guy asks whether I ordered pepperoni.
You might think I'm harsh, but I responded, 'Did I order that? Do you remember?'
He shrugged his shoulders.
I responded, 'Well I will not do your job for you. You must listen and focus. I will not do your job for u.'
