why does everyone wanna buy one! i can mod 1 for 2 bucks of scraps from radioshack! all you need to do this is 2 push button switches that aren't momentary response
because your cheap method is junk parts just like you said and it only works on the old Matrix board and its a button mod, not a trigger like this one.
im not gonna lie. yours is actually cooler than mine. i was just saying you can make a turbo button out of a push button. i wired my push button back into the trigger and made it an on off instead of momentary response like most people so mine is better than average but i like the fact yours can change modes and when play cod4 it limits the number of pulses to 7. clever indeed
for the kits you sell do they work the same way as the controllers you sell? like do you have to press the buttons to shoot or does the rapid fire work with the triggers like the controller you sell?

I uploaded a program on to a MicroChip and then soldered wires from the chip to certain connection points inside the controller. The code is designed to send trigger pulls or pulses to the trigger to make the controller think you are pulling the trigger very fast.
You can not do it yourself, you need a custom programmed chip. I sell other kits so you can do it yourself, they are $25 each or if you want to do your friends controllers or start a business, I can sell them cheaper if you buy more.
2. Fire speed on carbine and pistol are locked to a speed where this mod wont help. Most ppl can pull the trigger at the maximum rate allowed by the game.
By referring to most people are you referring to those serious hardcore gamers that sit in front of their XBOX for 10 hours a day? Not all of us have the time to develop fingers made of steel. While I agree, it does level the playing field, the carbine really does only shoot 2-2.5 times a second. I really think that isn't an unreasonable rate to expect someone to pull the trigger. COD4, on the other hand, benefits from these mods immensely.
