Excellent video. That's a very nice capture of a very nice looking moose. I had the opportunity to watch a younger moose eating from a riverbed near Windigo. I have the video on Youtube if you're interested.

Cool video. I just got back from Isle Royale this week. We were there for 11 days and seen no moose. :( We did hear one at night. Either he was in rut, fighting or he was just crazy. We could hear him grunting and crashing into trees. That went on for quite awhile. On Sept. 14th, they closed Daisy Farm because the wolves moved into that area. I'll be posting video of the trip soon.

Nice video! I was at Isle Royale the end of August/beginning of September. The moose count is quite low compared to other years I have been there. Was there for 8 days with canoe, only saw 4 moose. In the past, would see 20+ moose in that time frame. Caught 5 northern pike over 40 inches at least. :)
