I've been living over in France for a semester and can assure you there are plenty of stupid people here as well, the only difference is they THINK they know everything. And besides, U.S. universities put European universities to shame. The smartest people in the world come to the U.S. to study because the American higher education system is by far the most advanced in the world. I've been living over in France for a semester and can assure you there are plenty of stupid people here as well, the only difference is they THINK they know everything. And besides, U.S. universities put European universities to shame. The smartest people in the world come to the U.S. to study because the American higher education system is by far the most advanced in the world.
