As a huge fan of the game series, I was pleasantly surprised to find the movie a pretty good interpretation of it. I wasn't too fond of Jake being cast as the Prince, given his obvious skin color, but he won me over with his acting and charm. In fact, given that the original series doesn't have too cohesive of a plot, I thought Disney did pretty good.

In my opinion the part "2:14 - 2:31" reminds me the track "Moonbasa" from Inception, the "2:30 - 3:00" reminds me something like Pirates of Caribbean intro and the parts "0:50 - 1:15" - "4:05 - 4:25" reminds me the Mummy..

I saw alot of films but i'm interested to their soundtracks just from a week so I have to listen alot of them ahah :) However Prince of Persia is an awesome film, I really enjoyed it

Gylenhaal was alright in this.... He was able to give the feel of what the character is like in the game... Ofcourse it's Neva as good as the game, nothin ever is but I'll take... I thought I'd see alot more parkour but that's always the case when u are spoiled by the game before the movie

@herzali yes iranian women are the best and they love traditional music my friend... but oud is my favorite instrument... sure give me some artists name... i like arabic pop music with oud... it is the best :) in iran oud is not very popular because they think it's a specific instrument for arabic music but they like it... it's just not as popular as setar or tar... but the oud has a much softer voice than the setar... Oud has a beautiful voice... and arabic ouds have soooo much bass :D
