Yep, MSNBC, CNN, HLN....all off my list of watching. I will only watch Fox now. I am so surprised at how they rail on Beck. I highly doubt any of them even understand what Beck is talking about. Beck has done more informative work on our history then any cable news show and he even tells you not to take his word for it. He dares people to prove him wrong. The second half of the second ammendment means every law passed regarding nthe restrictions of gun (arms) ownership is the illegal factor here. Not one of those laws should be on the books and enforced. I see no exception nor exemption in the second ammendment.

@dalmatian847 If it was a wake or a rally, who are we (people who don't LIVE in AZ) to dictate how people mourn. Some people cry (people were crying there) and others cheered to show support. When I die, I don't want people cray every day, I wan't smiles and laughter, but if they choose to cry, so be it, let them mourn as they please. I did't miss the interviews, by other accounts he had no friends and was a loner. IMO he was neither lib or cons. His politics were all over and he was unhinged.

Most memorials that I have been to don't have pre-printed T-shirts and concessions like it's Spring Break..

@luanluan2006 Do you not understand the point of this video? It's pointing out the scumbaggery/stupidity of those blaming the shooting on conservatives. Their behavior is utterly unacceptable and FNC DID NOT JOIN IN so there's nothing to show there. Additionally, FNC's reaction was NOT AT ALL some "equal but opposite" EQUIVALENT to the Left's, so you don't even have THAT to fall back on when you criticize the video. Even if you DID have that, that doesn't make the what the MSM did any better.

@dalmatian847 The point I tried to make earlier is that both sides made bad statements too soon before all the details got out, & ended up making extreme claims all for a good news story. Everyone short of the Grinch was blamed.
As far as the service goes, I thought I had clarified ( I see now I didn't) that FN implied (heavily) it shouldn't have been cheery. I admit it was cheery, but I also think hat it was good. People shouldn't really judge how people mourn unless it's self destructive.

Cheery? You mean like a pep rally? I think Obama could have asked that applause should be withheld as this is a somber moment. He didn't. Do you think the victim's families that were in attendance were cheery? How about respect for the family members they were stil mourning? They in the end were the ultimate victims of this scumbag.

@dalmatian847 They weren't saying that she was to blame, rhetoric or not. No sane person is saying that. They said that it's helping play into the atmosphere. The shooting acted as this wake up call to ALL the rhetoric. It's not a hard to grasp.
For the service, if the victims families don't complain, there is no issue. They haven't. They seem to have found it supportive. That's the point, everyone else is outside looking in at Arizona. Let them cheer in support if they want.

The one guy who shouted "you're dead" had been shot by the gunman. He was admitted for evaluation afterwards, rightfully so. Alan Grayson doesn't speak for anyone, certainly not for me. Yes I have lost family, in a genocide. You're either numb, take a call to arms, grieve, or become an activist.

So then why tone down something that was irrelevant to this tragedy but is the base of the first amendment? Grayson might not speak for you, but he did and still does speak for the Far Left of the Democrat Party. No denouncements from party leadership speaks volumes on how serious Obama took his own speech. Then Rep Steve Cohen (D-Tn) compared the GOP to Nazis the same day. Lovely.

Rhetoric, sometimes heated has always been part of the country's political process. To use a tragedy like this to shut up your political opponents is the ultimate in cynicism.
