@Paladin24987 little bit late I know, but it's worth mentioning that "Start" by The Jam took the music from a song called "Taxman" by some obscure band from Liverpool called The Beatles.
What a load of rubbish - Baker's a genuine legend in the football world. Waterman's career been based on playing "Stay Lucky" characters! Chelsea supporting prats!
The quality of football was far better in the 1970s but the music was miles better in the eighties: thanks for uploading this, been watching it everyday ever since.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha HAAA!!!!Music better in the 80s.....guess you're not aware of the widely accepted view[amongst serious fans of music]that,of all the 5 decades since the birth of rock n roll/modern pop music, there is one,and one only, that stands out as being far beneath the rest..the cursed, faggoty 80s-utter SHITE! Don't support W*tford do ya?
Why don't rude arrogant "faggoty" cunts like yourself just fuck off with your know-it-all views about "serious music" and other boring bullshit. Arrogant pretentious CUNT.
your right midlandninja. they should show rest of the 80s. ITV had the tv rights from 1988 - 1992 so hopefully they can sort something out. from around 1985 - 92 its as if football, particularly league football, never existed. very rarely do they ever show footage from that era on tv nowadays. it was the old Barclays League 1st division from 1988/89 season that got me hooked, i was 8 yrs old.
they missed out from 86 because there wasn`t any football on BBC. Same on Match of the 70`s, there was a loss of rights to ITV. All the good players had buggered off abroad by then anyhow (how times change!) and it was shite until Italia 90 reignited interest in the game and the money came back into the game.
brilliant. ive got 82/83 to 85/86 on tape. made up you've put these on. for some reason series only went up to 85/86, they missed out remainder of decade.

I can see the appeal of terraces but due to crowd influx and control, an all-seater is simply only the safe way to go.
