  • otimo muito bom

  • I'm fairly certain the person delivering the straight punch isnt going to move that slow, if you're facing an inexperienced fighter, he's just going to flail so even attempting to try and do this defense technique could get you hit more.

  • Now you know how to break a neck leave and try it. Have fun killing your pals.

  • The things about this is that it wouldnt work on everybody (ofc)..

And doing that in high speed of a straight punch is impossible if ur gonna use this against someone who have trained martial arts or any kind of knowledge to hit and return ur arm asap.

  • @NaJk93 I agree 100%! People don't let their punches lay out like that.

  • WHAT IF THERE FAT PPL!? THERE LIKE SO FCKING SHORT AND HAVE SHORT ARMS..AND ARE HARD TO TAKE DOWN...

  • @jyh132 kick them in the head or use a different technique.

  • @NinrateCommando thanksss..

  • it's a good technic but in real fight i suppose that it will be very difficult to be so closer with my enemie! here the coach grab the neck easily because the girl attack right arm with right leg in front! it's not a real attack! in my oppinion with a real guard with left foot in front it will be more difficult to breack the distance and enter in my enemi guard... sorry for my english i come from france.

  • Salut compatriote :)

  • It would actually be quite the same to me i would kick the knee out or leg sweep personaly but thats from my training Shiau Chiao.

  • @labouille69 punching same foot same hand is a standard technique. And even if you punch off foot it wont do much. If she were to throw a reverse punch, it would have simply required a shuffle to get into the same positioning. The whole idea would be to come in and strike on the way in, then execute the technique.

You have pretty good english. ^^

  • @labouille69 true but if ur fast u can do it before they block it. If your getting choked bad, u wont have a strong defense punch...

  • man that girl is hot i want to work out whit herr hwaha :p

  • I have been training in the martial arts for over 20 years, and the largest flaw I have seen in peoples training is their desire to learn all the fancy moves, and learn many of them, rather than learning a modest barrage and spending their time getting really good at them. If you want to look cool in a demo, learn all the fancy stuff. If you want to win the fight (not the sparring version), then train and practice the not so pretty but effective techniques... over and over and over.

  • @TKDGuy79 Very well said. Anyone who has prevailed in a real fight knows that even though you may know hundreds of "moves" you will only use a very few

if they are effective. Real fights are over in seconds-especially when you are very

good with a few effective techniques.

  • @TKDGuy79 that's exactly what my master told us(me and my classmates) last week while we're practicing

  • @TKDGuy79 Well said. People who have been in real street fights know that despite knowing thousands of "moves", you will only use the ones you do best and are the most effective. Those, coincidentally, are usually the most instinctive!

  • @TKDGuy79 what you just said falls perfectly under the philosophy of jeet kun do..

  • @TKDGuy79 if its pretty it probably wont work in a fight so i agree

  • @TKDGuy79

    You tell the truth!

  • @TKDGuy79 I couldn't agree with you more!

  • @TKDGuy79

Completely agree. Too many fraud schools who claim to teach self defense when yet, they either teach a watered down version - or ridiculous techniques that will only work in a sport environment.

  • @TKDGuy79 thats rich coming from a tkd guy

  • if you do it right, all techniques you try will have the effect you want. Even if you mess up, you can try a different tecgnique that will work. Trust me, I'm a 3rd Dan black in Jiu Jitsu, Judo, & Taekwondo

  • funny you mentioned it, i do train krav maga & wing chun!

finally we are on a level to talk. see i never disrepected any other martial art (even if a wrote mikado), just wanna say, some are just sports, some are useful for single attackes but most fail to multiple attackes (not even talking about armed attackers) and most MA never train under a high stress level. train once like that youll see most fancy techniques wont work. thats a fakt.

    peace out

  • wtf who does a str8 punch like that? stupid dojo attacks

  • those dojo attacks can kill you in matter of seconds , prat

  • he he yeah right probably i would die due to borebom or due to your name ;-) .... dream on dojo master!!!

  • i can see you ve never trained this before, i mean you can fell the pain during the practice, you can fell that your joint are about to crack, dont you see the posicion of the head in this technique? if the master wouldnt stopped lifting her head she would die !!!! first try it and then comment...

  • dude im doing martial arts since a long time so stop giving me a headache. if you have read my first comment carefully i have only wrote the punch is shit. typical dojo punch.

anyway dont wanna dicsuss things which have been discussed so often, let me tell you only one thing. if you every had a real fight with more than one attackers who really wanna fuck you up, you proably noticed they never come alone and attack one by one etc., your nice technics wont work

  • if you have a hearts starts pumping like shit due to adrenaline rush etc. , you might hit one break whatever but the second attacker will slam you head in the ground.

but think whatever you wanna think... and do whatever you wanna do, if iit is called hapkido or mikado ^^ in the end only the strong survive ;-)

  • ok thats true, it would be necessary to train something like kravmaga, to fight with several opponents, but those technics work in situations like armed robery, and one to one fight. in the case of many opponents attaking you at the same time, i think the best is just running away. depending on the situation of course. by the way what martial art do you train?

  • yeah but taekwondo is cooler than this im on yellow belt!! ;D

  • taekwondo is a olimpic discipline... is like box... only ment to mark points... hapkido is self defence, is designed to hurt and kill opponent, you will never see hapkido as a exibition martial art since in real practice you can kill or seriously harm your opponent

  • Hapkido can stick you to the floor while you're trying to kick.

  • good technique...period

  • it would be better if they were bigger because of the momentum

  • After locking you can knee the belly and then fall down to the floor, either it will break the neck or slam you opponents head on the floor.

  • There's realy no need to fall back or to knee. If you happen to catch the attacker in more of gullitine type hold, that would be a very good option though. If you catch this one right, all you need to do is pry up and arch your back a little.

  • I like this. I know, it looks slow and unrealistic, but it IS just a demo. Realistically, it would work better against an opponent who puts more movement and bodyweight in the punch because they would have already closed the gap for you. Think about it, how many people really know how to punch. In my experience, it's an embarrassingly low amount. Most would just do you a favor and throw a sloppy, haymaker, and you could break their neck before they could even recover, let alone counter.

  • what if the dude is a 260 pounder at 6foot 7?

    then this move wouldnt work.

  • How many 6'7 people do you know?

  • try alot charliemurphyslaw, a lot.

  • Then it's would be a good idea to not talk shit to them and leave them alone; you wouldn't believe how many fights start because people just don't know how to keep their mouths shut. And if it doesn't work for a person that tall, then something else will...

  • thats why tall people have nutz bro straight kick to the nads and a bow to the bridge of the nose would do you some good against those many.... 260 pounders you know bud..

  • Something they aren't emphasizing or talking about, but are demonstrating, is Hapkido's use of "softening techniques." You'll notice when he blocks, the other hand is striking her face. Often this is some sort of eye gouge that can end the fight, but at the very least is meant to distract the opponent. He can't bring his 260 pounds to bear because he's too worried about the strike to his face or other area.

  • or he could just try to constantly swing like a retard. If u no judo or wrestling a quick hit to the nads is a little weak, BUT IT IS EFFECTIVE. And when he bends down a stike to the neck (if it's a serious fight) will knock him on his ass

  • If she knew what she was doing and this were a real fight, he'd have to break her neck because that high hand could claw the hell out of his eyes...

  • Could she not strike his groin while hes doin that, im no expert on how long it takes your neck to break but if your gonna die why not take his balls with you. lol

  • a colt 45. and 2 zig zags, baby thats all i need... - Afroman.

    lol

  • Haha man i remember that song!! "met this girl from hollywood she had green hair but damn she looked good i took her to my house cuz she was fine but then she pulled out a dick that was bigger than mine :'D

  • WFT did he say???? lol

  • thx for posting

  • nobody punches like that. 9 times out of 10 the punch thrown in a street fight is an arcing overhead right or wild swinging right hook. Weight is thrown onto the lead foot and quite often the puncher becomes destabilized throwing their weight forward.just cover up and then move to right and dig into ribs. then run.

  • Amazing, your knowledge of real fights is astounding. LOL. Stop hating man, if you don't like it you should post a video response either you've created or one that shows the "proper" technique. Btw a punch thrown in most fights is by someone with no skill or an MMArtist. If you're facing the latter, is best to have friends that will shank him, if it's the former, even if he hits, they will either hurt their hands or land a weak ass punch. I'm a boxer and most people can't punch for shite.

  • hey oldman thats why theres another clip of him of "against a hook"

    :)

  • Thats whys its called defence against straight punch cock jockey.

  • hey fuckstick.look at how the feet are positioned.nothing about it is realistic. no bending , no foot moevement , no closing the distance. only a fucking idiot would lead with a right off their right foot. Straight awy unbalanced. You cunt.

  • I agree. I especially enjoy his little geriatric shuffle around his "enemy".

  • All she has to do is let go of his neck.

  • i like this one... can't wait to start breaking necks

  • what an ignorant thing to say.

  • Sarcasm or dark humor. I doubt hes gonna go arond and break necks.

  • But I plan to....

LOL- Why does eveyone in this stupid useless world take everything so damn serious?

  • Nice! But shes attacking like my grandmother.. :-D Im a hkp practitioner..

  • Do you know this technique? Do you think that it'll work if you sped it up, because I like it.

  • the chances of you gettin that person in a neck crank as the one shown above are pretty slim but still possible. that person will moving and u need a picture perfect scenario to sink that hold.

  • Depends. Practice enough with a partner to get comfortable going full speed, then add variation and resistance. Again, start slow and build back up. Finally, slip it in to free sparring. With confidence, speed, and practice, you can make it work.

  • YUP! Would actually be easy against your avarage joe shmoe off the street who thinks hes a bad a** but has no training...
