sounds pretty great. go ahead and spend your money. do you really think that 2 or more magnets can effect you're fuel consumption? let's look at it this way the fuel rushes through the lines at about 6 bar / 90 psi and now you want to change the structure and order of the molecules with a few magnets? whoever says this works is full of it. i would also say it works if i drive my vehicle at 2000 rpm, put that thing on and drive it at 1500 rpm. it works "go figure"

The principe of this idea is correct. And it works, but i'M sure such device is not needful at all, by my opinion, must be at least more magnets in 5-6 times , and the best result will not be on sport mitsubishi, but on old truck only. If you have sport car, such device is not needful for you, if you have an old truck from 1980 and you can make the same device but bigger in some times-it will give you a result
