De'Longhi has the worst customer service on the planet. I would advise anyone looking at purchasing their crap to NOT....I have had three units and all three leak water after 3 months of use. The customer service has been pushing me around for 5 months and finally talked to a supervisior named Tracy and she wanted me to ship the broken unit to CA. at my cost! Again this is the thrid unit that has done the same thing. I say again DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!! it is junk.
