OMFG !! when i was a teen i videotape this show from tv it was my treasure tape , i saw the show everyday when i come back from school but one day my older sister toke the tape and she used to record some f...king yoga tv show!!! i almost kill her , i was so mad i cry alot , that was in 1997, now i found it on youtube so awesome thanks for upload this show its just wonderful.

@feedtherich this is one of their only songs where perhaps the live performance is not as good as the recording. still, if you listen to that and you can not follow the beautiful overlapping syncopated rhythms flowing into thoms falsetto over top of another recording of his voice singing the chorus, well then maybe you are just bad at listening to music

Let Down is a rarity in their sets because its very difficult to reproduce live. For starters Jonny has to play guitar and tinker with all his little knobs in the same track. Still its a shame they never play it anymore, cos this live version is pretty damn good. Leave it to perfectionists to not play 1 of their most loved songs cos its not the same quality live.

I was about to say the same thing. In studio version when the chorus kicks in it gives me the feeling that is hard to describe, like the whole song is full of Thoms voice. It makes me shiver too. And the live version is great but just not that great. plus I really miss the last verse and chorus that Thom skips.

I hear you. It's because of the time signature on the song--plus all those gorgeous studio effects. They make it almost impossible to pull off live. The guitar and drum/bass parts start in different signatures from each other, then both shift! Radiohead almost never performs "In Limbo" for the same reason.
