Morning at Bogue Inlet Pier - Hurricane Igor swell

Yeah Eric! Nice. I used to go out to Emerald Isle every chance I got. Thirty years ago, we had a massive hurricane 600 miles southeast of Bogue pier.. the first breakers would swell up about 150 yards past and 200 yards south of the pier.  4 locals & I had the swell zone all to ourselves (no-one else as it took 30 minutes to paddle out) we had beautiful offshore breezes, 1st break was about 25 ft and just mushed from the vertical, it'd chatter ya pretty good, broke 5-6 more times to shore...
