Ahhhhhh the Exogen was use. I know that device very well. The doc did an ok job on that cast. Although my method for the padding of the the fingers including the thumb would would have made the patient's cast much more comfortable.
@saintpk3 I'm assuming the damage was to severe for a simple cast so they opened him up there and most likely used some screws to hold the broken bones.
