Your proccesor is fine with that card, Dont know your total system specs so It would be unfare to say its enough, there are wattage calculators out there, figure 200watts is safe to say for the vga and 150 for the cpu, but use a calculator.

My 4870 can run this game max with no AA ( I don't like the way it makes the game look) at 1920X1080 at about 20-30 FPS.

550vx will handle it fine. 41amps is like 492watts on the 12v rail. Now the the card will consume about 240 watts on load. CPU will be around 120watts. So you'll be using around 400 watts.

This test has some coding issues, those hesitation spots are there no matter who runs this, they will appear for anyone, Its more for an idea of fps, not to look great.

NO it doesnt nvidia has a technology called turbo cache which allocates extra resources from your system memory to your video card because games to day take up a lot of virtual mem from the graphics card and you need the extra or you game would seem as if its glitching alot cause of hard drive spin up.
