If you need to buy this product in the DFW Area, check AGS - A Garage Door Service. I just bought one from them after watching this video and love it! Only problem was had to get an electrician to add a outlet because we only had the one in the center of the ceiling. This is a great opener though, well worth it. Quiet and I feel a lot more secure than I did with the old one.

very nice - I am having one installed after a subcontractor offset mounted the door opener and the door started to rack when opening manually, and got stuck about a foot off the ground. Do your research people!
