the lookdowns will have to go in a year/clean tank tho with heavy filtration it could work but that's really a high bioload. A 2 year update will answer all the questions...
nice! i really like it. i think you should put some or more live rock in there for your chromis, i know that they feel safe in their schools, but they would really like the little hiding places :)
The fish is called a Pink-tailed Trigger. Typically it is a more passive trigger compared to others in its family. This one, however, has been quite the bruiser.
that lionfish is surrounded by food ... wow

Oh Brother. 3 Lookdown's in a 210 with all those other fish. They need more like a 2,100 instead of 210.

loose the fake coral and just get some live rock. people dont use fake corals like the 80s anymore.

Isnt the Lion Fish feasting on the Chromis?
Latinbear4you 3 years ago
the lionfish was removed from the tank due to its increasing size. no chromis were lost, however.
InfinityAquariums 3 years ago
in one of my current tanks, i have a lion with a chromis and nothing bad happens to it...
im guessing if u add the lionfish after the chromis...

What is the name of the trigger that you have with the black body and pink tail? Is it aggressive or passive for a trigger?

This tank belongs to a client of Infinity Aquarium Design. The tank was installed by them and is maintained by them. I work for the company.

is saltwater harder to maintain?
quaqa88 4 years ago
not harder necessarily, but there are definitely more requirements to the maintenance.
