I have family members that have cats. They are smart but the cats aren't. Sure, some dogs are hyperactive. That doesn't make them stupid. Some dogs are calm and collective, and also intelligent. The only trick I've seen a cat do (And it WAS an amazing one) is begging with it's paws together like it's praying. So, Dogs > Cats.
