'Baby Come Back' was the name of the song featured in the BT advert but I have forgotten the original artist. Can you help me out? I know there was a 1994 version that went to Number one in the pop charts performed by Pato Banton with UB40's frontman Ali Campbell.

That Butcher's ad is bizarre in a 1998 context. Mind you, so is the Route 2 one.

Of course, there is one place in the YTV region where the BT ad wouldn't have applied, and nor would any ad for the ISPs the rest of us can choose between today ...
