There are two operational turntables in Connecticut alone. Both are located at museums and are used regularly. I know of more in other states as well.

Just an FYI, your comment about not knowing other places that use turntables outside Philly and Cumberland...Norfolk Southern still operates two turntables in Roanoke, VA. One at the former N&W Schafer's Crossing Engine Facility, and one at the former N&W East End Shops. I believe the shops at Bluefield still utilize their turntable as well.
