She must have loved that man as a friend as this would be their third film together by my counting. They were lovers in a film in the 60's, then Victor/Victoria in 82 and then this film. That's quite a friendship between two actors.

Yes, it is One Special Night. :) The one in the 60's was The Americanization of Emily. Yep, this was their third movie together :) In an interview James said that they are very good friends, and must have kissed over 500 times because of the three movies :P
