This was an interesting case upfront, but after all the false accusations, a shotty investigation, and all the false smearing of judges, this case has lost all credibility. Hence, less than 20 people showed up at Fox to help Orly and Manning.

Professionalism and a good investigation upfront would have made or broken this case. With the lawyer's tactics in the case, it has lost all credibility. The Usurpians used the media to drive their case and completely ruined their credibility.

Actually her character is relevant if we are to believe her representations of the facts and law at play here. Orly has filed over 23 federal lawsuits and all have been dismissed. Orly has now fined by the federal courts for filing frivolous lawsuits and is about to be disbarred in CA. Orly was exposed as force behind fake Kenyan birth certificate and is now caught paying witnesses to lie. Her "cause" is going nowhere. You need a tall cup of reality...its over...

Orly Taitz's mouth has destroyed herself, not the groups that oppose her. I have never seen a lawyer who: 1) made such allogations without concrete proof, 2) disrespected judges the manner in which she has, 3) lack of hardwork investigation. I have never witnessed such a farce in the courtroom. Her cases remind me of a Hollywood divorce with all the heresay.

You cannot file a credible lawsuit on accusation alone. You have to do some real investigating.

I don't think the fact that he was a British subject is relevant. Since Hollywood star Maureen O'Hara won her case, it has been established that an American citizen may also be a citizen of another country, in her case Ireland. Therefore having dual citizenship at birth is not impossible.

I think there may be a difference between a British subject & a British citizen. British subjects may not necessarily have a right to travel to Britain.

But was he born in the U.S.A? That's the question!

The main thing that this case has lacked since the beginning is a proper investigation. In order to have persuasive allegations you have to present concrete evidence from HI. That he wasnt born there. To date, no one has built a list of babies born in 1961, doctors, hospitals, clinics, etc. In the 30 day video, Orly states when she gets Obamas BC she will go to HI and verify it. Why didnt she do that upfront? That is poor investigating. And then we are suppose to believe the Usurpians?

Why isn't their list of children born in HI. In 1961, HI did not have much of a population. It would be easy to compile a list of all the children born and create a dataabase with the information. That is something you could present to Congress. Why would any normal person, president or otherwise, submit eveidence to Orly Taitz without an order?
