@dan56ify get your facts strait yes you can remove a fuse to disable awd in a 32 gtr its the AWD fuse in the fuse box, by removing this fuse it turns the car to rwd. i have seen this done in the flesh to my mates 32gtr .stop trying to act so smart.

second.... All cars can be modified engines..... For example.... Nissan Silvia with a SR20 engine can be modified for a RB26, 1JZ.....

The reason to get a GTR and make it RWD is simple. In Japan we cannot legally do motor swaps. The R32 GTS-T (RWD skyline) only comes with the RB20 whereas the GTR has the RB26.

@ thacrack3r might want to make sure wiki is correct before you start trying to correct people when you have false information. The 34 does have "button" to "make it RWD", all you have to do is pull the AWD trac cntrl fuse and you have a fully RWD bias GTR. Its not a button but close enough. The 33 has a couple more steps involved but it comes down to the same thing. So stop getting your information off the internet and go out and learn it for yourself.

Ok now children lets play nice. All GTRs are equipped with AWD powertrains. I'm not sure about the older models, but I do know the R34s have a torque distribution controller. So no, no factory skyline (GTR of course) has a button to "make it RWD". You can make it act more closely, but still no cigar. Wikipedia this shit before you leave an aggressive comment please or else your wasting everyone's time.

Surprisingly for most people they wouldn't think that Skylines came in trim levels but they did. Just like your grocery getter it has options. The old R33 and R32 came in a type M model which was with out ATTESSA. (Rear wheel drive only) So you can have a non all wheel drive Skyline and yes you can drift all wheel drive look at WRC ! If your skilled enough to actually "drift" a FWD then more power to you, its one thing to pull e-brake slides but to actually faint drift a FWD is much much harder than RWD buddy.
