Now I understand why people still reply to me even after a few months I posted the comment, I got some thumbs up.I want to say I got one from konad and I like it, the only inconvenient will be the fact that is in one shade (but it matches my white complexion) and that is a little expensive, but like I said I really wanted a b.b cream
@Ininthehouse I have to agree with djontube, the Garnier BB Cream really isn't very good. It is only available in two colours and I don't like the result.
i have a question: after you use bb cream, do you have to put another layer of powder? cause if bb cream acts like foundation, then don't people usually put loose powder after foundation...?
@SaltySweetSS As a general rule BB Cream isn't often set with powder, but of course you can choose to set with powder, especially if you want a more matte finish, since BB Cream often offers a dewy finish.
@Butterfly20ify yeah, it's great, it has a light texture and it gives a really healthy glow to your cheeks, but if you have alot of pimples, it won't offer as much coverage as a regular foundation, i always concealer on my under-eye area and my pimples and then blend it out when I apply my bb cream :) Hope this was helpfull
@Butterfly20ify There are websites to buy it from, and Garnier just brought one out as well. Strangely enough us lot being in Europe should be the first ones to actually be able to buy it. You know why? It was formulated in Germany.
err...awkward comment section >.> *cough* Now, actually PERTAINING to the video, it didn't really teach people how to use it lawl...But then again, there's nothing to teach, just apply it and done xD
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx i said in the beginning that it wasn't towards you, but more towards everyone else who's reading in general. then you start saying i'm just stating an 'opinion' when it's actually facts. i will say i should have actually commented the video alone itself instead of replying to anyone. but still, of course, people find ways to argue, when i'm simply just leaving comments in this video, with no intentions of arguing, but i'm fully aware people find ways to make an argument any
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx way. but yea, well i've never seen anyone just use it on their face. that's just dumb. why would you say except for the wealth? being classification on the social system is one of the MAIN reasons why asians whiten their skins. this came from way back in the day, the people with whiter skin were seen as wealthy because they don't have to work out in the blazing sun, but as for darker skinned people, they were seen as poor because they're working out in the fields all day.
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx okay okay okay, you are NOT understanding what i'm saying at ALL. you're taking everything too literal. NO, pale skin does NOT mean you are rich, i KNOW that. i said the paler people in asia were mostly the rich people because they can AFFORD TO STAY INDOORS, while poorer people have to stay outside in the sun, giving them a darker tone. so way back in asia, when you see a pale person, they are rich, okay. and dark people were poor. NOW, it still applies, but with things
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx such as whitening products, more people in the lower class can still have a paler complexion without actually being rich. and same thing with america. OF COURSE middle class can afford to go on vacation, i KNOW THAT I AM MIDDLE CLASS AND GO ON VACATION EVERY SUMMER. but TAN skin in america is considered the 'wealthy' people because they can afford to go on vacation more. does it mean that they ARE wealthy if they're tan? NO. THEY DO NOT. i'm speaking from the different
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx views and judgments in different countries and society. they only SEEM that way because the rich or poor TEND to look that certain way. and yes, i do live in america. and no, they do not generally sell whitening products, WHITENING PRODUCTS, only in select drug stores. because WHITENING products are looked down upon, NOT brightening. i know the difference between brightening and lightening. so how can brightening products have ANYTHING to do with race? HOW? and whitening
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx has nothing to do with race either. people tend to whitening their skin, especially in asia, because it makes them look younger, more pure, more innocent, and wealthier. not to be white. that is the most ignorant thing i've ever heard and anyone who believes that is an arrogant asshole. and for those who DO try to become another race that they're not, then that's just bad on them because no matter how much paler or darker or what color you try to dye your hair or the color
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx contacts you put in your eyes, you will never change your true background. never. and like you said, they have spray tans in america, do they have it asia? no. and why do they have it in america? BECAUSE THE DEMAND IS HIGHER THERE. why? because it is considered MORE BEAUTIFUL AND HEALTHY. maybe not in the area you live in but everywhere else in america you see tanning beds, spray tans, tan through clothing, tanning oil, magazines, commercials, shows, movies, etc promoting
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx tan is more beautiful and everyone should have it. YES there ARE pale americans, YES there are americans who prefer paler skin (me), but society and the media of america says TAN is best. THAT is what i am saying and you're not seeming to get. now i'm questioning if you live in america for not knowing this or seeing this. and see now, this is why this argument started in the first place. you THINK southerners are only considered beautiful if they're blond and tan.
Respond to this video... lol im asian and i was born porcelain milky skin but truth is some ppl dnt like tan and tan kills my style especially im goth lol but im glad i am pale hahaha
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx is that true at all? NO. not everyone in the south is blonde and tan. not even the majority. you're just making a pretty ignorant judgment off of information you've gathered on tv or something. no. i live in the south. in my school, yes there are tan blondes, the majority? brown haired, blonde haired, medium toned people. you need to stop judging how a whole community, country, race, etc by what you can only merely see or imagine.
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx i didn't expect an argument whatsoever because i thought what i said was OBVIOUS but i have forgotten that i am obviously amongst the dumbest and most arrogant people alive. and i have never seen anything portraying that southerners see beauty as blonde and tan. and if they even do, it doesn't make it true. but as for what i'm saying, the media is actually telling people tan is beautiful so people DO actually follow that trend throughout america. the media never told
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx southerners that blonde and tan was beautiful. if it did, wouldn't there be more of them? and whether whichever area in america prefer tan skin or pale skin, the MAJORITY of america, and that's what i said in the very beginning, PREFER tan skin. just like not all of asia, but the MAJORITY of asia prefer paler skin. good because i feel like i'm losing brain cells myself just trying to state something so obvious to someone so oblivious to what goes on around them.
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx but in america, it's completely different. the tan people are considered wealthier because they can afford to go to luxurious vacations such as cancun or the bahamas, and all that jazz, so they would be darker skinned. and for the lighter skinned people, they have to stay in their office, working, with no time or money to go to the beach. and i never said there weren't whitening products in america. of course there is. but you never see them in stores such as drug stores or
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx department stores. because the demand is so low, they don't even advertise anything with whitening substances in them. BECAUSE PEOPLE IN AMERICA GENERALLY DON'T WANT THEM. they want darker skin. that's why you see tanning bed ads, bathing suits with tan-through fabric, tanning oil, etc. i guarantee you'll never see covergirl selling make up with skin whitening substances in it. and YES, another reason why americas prefer to tan is because OBVIOUSLY they find pale sickening.
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx NO, not ALL americans think it is, not ALL americans prefer dark skin, but the majority prefer darker skin, and why? because they don't like pale skin! i like to keep my pale skin and one of the reasons is because i think tan looks dirty, in my personal opinion. and back to skin whitening in asia, yes, i agree that the products jap/tai/chin/kor/etc produce can ship to the majority, not EVERY, country in asia, BUT they are pricey so with the majority of the people in poor
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx i think you're making this into an argument, not me. i wasn't even insulting you, and now you're sitting there giving a whole argument on how you look. it doesn't matter to me. all that i said was that you don't look asian to ME. it's not an insult, but take it as you may. all i did was i see your icon when i click on my new messages and i just instantly, absently thought 'she must be hispanic or middle eastern or something' then you mention you were asian
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx so i clicked on your channel and saw not even a minute into your video, your big video that was on your page, and i was like 'she doesnt look asian' and i just said that. i told you that i thought you were asian because i was shocked that you said you were. that. is. all. and YOU'RE making a big deal out of it. i honestly don't care if you're asian or not. and you say i may be younger than you or not as educated, but i'm not assuming you're younger than me, but i am now
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx assuming you aren't that educated. because you seem to classify people by their appearance, which is normal, but you say that it's facts that 'oh se asians are born darker skinned' OBVIOUSLY NOT WHEN MY FAMILY IS SE ASIANS WITH LIGHT SKIN. and there are many eastern asians with dark skin. so much. my chinese and korean friends are darker than me. and i never said they DIDN'T sell whitening products in EVERY country in se asia. of course i know they do in some. but 1) alot
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx of the countries can't sell those products or maybe can't buy them because their economy is low. 2) their products are usually not legit and scams. 3) at most their products probably aren't AS efficient as china or japan because they don't have the technology to create the same quality as the eastern asians have. and singpore is pretty much just like china or japan because they have offices more than outdoor work so yea they can get good quality products. and do you read
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx anything on whitening products before you even came here to argue with me, thinking you know more than me? OBVIOUSLY there whitening soaps and lotions that are for your whole body. people aren't stupid and would just put it on their face and they are noticeably whiter on their face than their body. unless they're just weird like that, people want to try and be beautiful and look as natural as they can. so i don't believe anyone in their right mind would just whiten their
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx face and let the rest of their body stay dark. and i don't even know how that pertains at all to what we were talking about? and i never said EVERYONE wants whiter skin. but the majority of asian women do prefer whiter skin because it represents innocence, purity, youth, and wealth. which also brings me to the facts cultures are different in each country. in america, people grow up in a society were darker skin is beautiful so yea the asians there are darker, not only
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx because the climate and how they don't generally sell skin whiteners considering the demand for white skin is practically nonexistent there, but they think pale skin is sickening. as for asia, of course it's the opposite. but yea. you did say that the chinese, japanese, and koreans are the lighter skinned asians and ALL i'm saying is that there is not lighter skinned or darker skinned country in asia. the skin color varies throughout ALL of east asia, north and south, but
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx CLIMATE, LOCATION, AND ECONOMY plays a HUGE role in how they would look. and like you said, tanning won't change your natural color, so if you see a tanned person, you cannot call him/her a naturally dark skinned person. so how can you call a tanned asian in se asia, where the sun hits more, they have to work outside most of the time, they even can't get the luxury of a hood over their heads when driving, and not even having the benefit of a high quality whitening product
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx naturally of the darker skinned category? they APPEAR darker because of those things i just list and vice versa with eastern asians; they only APPEAR to be darker or lighter skinned asians, but it doesn't make them any different from each other. the only difference in all the east asian countries are the cultures, climate, and economy. but when it comes to appearance wise, they all share the same variety of features. just like every other race. whether people want to accept
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx it or not. and what made me fire up to even keep on with this is the sheer ignorance of it all. trying to classify people and stating they are what they are and what they're not just by your own personal opinion with your only source is your eyes.
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx yes, i understand how whitening products work. and whether the whitening product do contain bleach or mercury, i don't think it'll stop people from selling it. plus, there are still skin bleaching out there so i think bleach is 'fine' and not illegal. but anyways, what i'm trying to say is that i don't believe that the genes really shows that well. what i am trying to tell you is that the people who are naturally dark and naturally white varies around all of asia. there is
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx no lighter or darker country. but it only SEEMS like kor/jap/chin are the lightest BECAUSE OF THEIR LOCATION, ECONOMY, CLIMATE, AND THEIR SOURCE OF WHITENING PRODUCTS. and YES, they DO play a HUGE role. the se countries tend to be hotter and poorer so they don't have those benefits. and like you said, becoming tan won't change your genes. you're obviously not grasping what i'm trying to say. maybe you're the one who isn't well educated enough to understand what i'm saying.
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx and that's fine, i guess, but i don't think you can get far in this argument. oh and i get what you mean with how viet tend to be those things, i've heard that, but maybe it's where i live or it's just my family that doesn't have those features at all. all of us have smaller, wider eyes, small noses, and light skinned. we are short though. maybe it's just my family i don't see with those features. um...well, okay, all i'm saying is that you don't look asian at all TO ME.
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx i'm not saying that you're not or what other people think, you looked hispanic or middle eastern to me in your videos. but people do tend to look different in photos/video compared to real life, so i dunno.
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx naturally yet she's a full se asian. what i'm trying to say is that asian features vary throughout all of asia. and to the list of features you mentioned, YES, probably alot of those people have those features but there are still many who don't have those features. unless you live in korean or china, you should know that the stars you see doesn't mean ALL the people look like that! they favor the girls and guys with the lighter skin and the bigger eyes and straighter nose.

@petiteasiahoney ,, haha yeah it seems wierd but they dont want their skin to get "lighter" per say unless you have like really tan skin but most koreans have pure "white" or "milky" skin so they want to maintaing the whiteness. not really lightening. so it "whitening" makes it puere not necessarily lighter. make sense? =]
i gues syou can say that whiter/light skin is an characteristic that is consider beautiful in the asian culture. kinda like back in the old days if your dark then youre consider a farmworker and if youre light then youre nobelty status? ya feel :) lol
@reniilovepb lol but then back in the day... if you were fat ... then they considered you rich and successful and if you were skinny u were a slave.. so the fat ppl were popular
pretty much asians in general admire the light complexion they go to the lengths of carrying n umbrella outside on a sunny day O.O yeah but I think its more common for chinese, korean and japanese because they tend to have lighter skin then the rest of the asians and they like to keep it light well unless your a young asian american you probably wont give a crap cos its popular here to have a glow :P
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx i'd like to disagree that they have the lightest skin tones. asians are actually all the same. if you see a tan jap, they're gonna look like the 'darker' skinned asians. and the 'darker' skinned asians, if their economy was better and could provide efficient whitening products, they would be just as white as a jap/kor/etc. i am vietnamese, which is considered one of the darkest skinned asians, but my whole family and i have very light skin. it also depends on their
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx environment. the se asians seem darker just because they're closer to the equator, having harsher sun rays thus making the people appear darker than normal. but that's typical for anyone who's out in the sun too much. and the eastern asians have colder, windier climates, and have less sun so they have that benefit as well. and it also depends on the person. some people are just born naturally a lighter/darker skin color regardless of their ethnic background. i don't mean to
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx i agree with you, actually. i guess they do tend to be lighter, but really, it's mostly whitening products and their climates that keeps them so pale. but more southern asians do tend to be darker, but there are light skinned ones just like there are dark skin japanese, you know what i mean? such as Seulong, a korean singer, has dark skin, and i'm pretty sure he's more of the darker skinned asians, but his race is the lighter skinned asian. and i know what you mean by each
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx of the asian countries tend to have different features. but what i said was that the other asian countries can have features of the other asian countries. koreans have more almond shaped eyes, and abit wider, and my sister has those eyes. japanese tend to have more slanted, smaller eyes, and i have those eyes. we're both vietnamese and viet have dark skin and round eyes and neither one of us have those features. so what i'm saying is yes, you're right, not EVERY asian look
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx the same and all have the same EXACT features, but their features tend to vary throughout all of east asia. their physical features cannot define who they actually are, even if one ethnicity tends to have a certain feature more than others. this prove this because i've been walked up to by strangers, asking things in chinese, japanese, and korean, and not one of them have spoken to me in viet. it's strange! but it's proof there. with my family not having any common viet
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx features, i kinda experience these ethnic mix-ups. aha. really, the only things that make all the east asians different is their culture, because their physical feature spread throughout all their east asian countries. and yes, this applies to all races. they have their own various physical features, they come from different countries, but their features won't define who they are. my best friend is white, blond hair, blue eyes, you would think he's of the german decent, but
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx he's actually irish, and their common features are pasty skin, redheads with mostly green eyes, i believe. so i get what you're saying, completely! but i hope you can understand what i'm saying, which are more than merely opinions, really.
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx that's what i was trying to tell you. becoming tan doesn't effect genetics. and climate is a HUGE part of how light or dark a person is? like europeans compared to the americans for instance. you could take two people, born equally pale, but if one were to live in england and the other were to live in american, and they produce the same amount of melanin, the american person would be tanner because the climate in america is much hotter and has more sun than england. i said
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx that se asians SEEM darker because they're out in the sun more so when you visit se asia, the people seem darker than the eastern asians, who's economy is better, they don't have to do much field work and most work in office buildings so they're not in the sun much. and they have more efficient whitening products. it doesn't mean that their genes are of the darker skinned asians. THAT varies around ALL of asia. i've seen dark skinned japs, just like i've seen light skinned
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx filipinos. if you were a vietnamese baby, born in china, grew up in china, adopted by and lived with a chinese family, and it was never mentioned you were vietnamese, would you have known you were vietnamese? if you were to have married a chinese man and you both have a child together, would that child have known they were half vietnamese? i guarantee you won't. but if you were to take a black baby, same situation, they would know they were black and their child would know
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx maybe we are because what i'm saying is the feature varies throughout of east asia. i don't think you know every single asian in the world to really compare who is lighter and who is darker, really. and yes, whitening products do only make you as light as you can go naturally, unless it contains mercury or use bleach, but them having whitening products play a HUGE role because if they were to not have those, they would be darker than you see them. but if all the countries
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx were to produce the same amount of whitening products, i guarantee you that it will be EVEN HARDER to tell which race is darker or whiter. and what? how is western asians lighter than se asians? i've actually never got a comment saying i look viet. my mom even knows i don't look vietnamese. i never even thought about how people would say i look jap/kor/chin until how much more frequently people mistaking me for those races. if you mix asian with asian you wouldn't be able
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx to tell at all, like i said. but you probably wouldn't say 'i look vietnamese.' no because it'll never cross you, you'll just look asian to you, just like everyone around you (chinese). in your videos, you actually do look hispanic. i didn't know you were asian.
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx that they were different. you see, asians all have the same variety of features. just looking at their physical features to define their ethnic background is not a very accurate source, you know what i mean? and the people that walk up to me weren't americanized at all because they spoke in those languages to me, and they were mostly elders. it happens in airports too, and i wasn't in an asian country/airline. so them looking at my physical features, they assume i am jap,
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx chinese, or korean. but obviously they are wrong because i am a se asian, yet i have the features of an eastern one. if you take all the se asians and bring them to the northern countries, i guarantee you you will see a huge difference on how they looked when they were in the southern countries. i'm not saying there aren't such things as naturally dark skinned asians. my uncle look like he's black, because of his skin, but he's full asian. and his wife is white as paper,
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx naturally yet she's a full se asian. what i'm trying to say is that asian features vary throughout all of asia. and to the list of features you mentioned, YES, probably alot of those people have those features but there are still many who don't have those features. unless you live in korean or china, you should know that the stars you see doesn't mean ALL the people look like that! they favor the girls and guys with the lighter skin and the bigger eyes and straighter nose.
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx so they become famous. and plastic surgery is VERY big in asia, especially countries like korean, japan, and thai. so those features aren't all natural. and i know how evolution works. i know that the reason asians have monolids, slanted eyes is because their climate was more dusty and such and the slanted-eyed people adapted in the climate better and found their food better, so they survived throughout the harsh climates which the larger eyed ones mostly just died, leaving
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx the slanted eye feature to spread throughout the generations that passed. what i don't get is how your african skin color theory has anything with them surviving? maybe the marriage thing is true, but i don't think the darker skinned survived because they adapt to the climate better? that didn't make much sense. and i'm just informing you, from my own experience with mixing people up and people mixing me up with my ethnic backgrounds and also hard facts i also learned in
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx in school. i'm not saying you're wrong but i don't think you're understanding what i'm saying. oh and also, what you said about the white people thing, well yea that applies to asians too and that's what i'm trying to tell you.
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx sound ignorant but all asians are practically the same. they're not really any features that japanese have that thai don't or anything viet have that koreans don't. all east asians (including se) all came from the same roots: china. so no country has more or less than the other. i'm not saying to to attack you, this is pretty much towards anyone who thinks otherwise. :)
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx countries, they can't afford the good ones, so they either not buy any or buy the cheap, poor quality, and risky kinds that can ruin their skin. which ALSO falls back onto how whiter skin is considered wealthy, vise versa, because the rich can afford good whitening products.

@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx okay okay okay, you are NOT understanding what i'm saying at ALL. you're taking everything too literal. NO, pale skin does NOT mean you are rich, i KNOW that. i said the paler people in asia were mostly the rich people because they can AFFORD TO STAY INDOORS, while poorer people have to stay outside in the sun, giving them a darker tone. so way back in asia, when you see a pale person, they are rich, okay. and dark people were poor. princesstoadstooool 11 months ago
NO. THEY DO NOT. i'm speaking from the different
princesstoadstooool 11 months ago
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx views and judgments in different countries and society. they only SEEM that way because the rich or poor TEND to look that certain way. and yes, i do live in america. and no, they do not generally sell whitening products, WHITENING PRODUCTS, only in select drug stores. because WHITENING products are looked down upon, NOT brightening. i know the difference between brightening and lightening. so how can brightening products have ANYTHING to do with race? HOW? and whitening
princesstoadstooool 11 months ago

YES there ARE pale americans, YES there are americans who prefer paler skin (me), but society and the media of america says TAN is best. @xxxAlesanaFan4everxx i'd like to disagree that they have the lightest skin tones. asians are actually all the same. if you see a tan jap, they're gonna look like the 'darker' skinned asians. and the 'darker' skinned asians, if their economy was better and could provide efficient whitening products, they would be just as white as a jap/kor/etc. i am vietnamese, which is considered one of the darkest skinned asians, but my whole family and i have very light skin. it also depends on their
princesstoadstooool 11 months ago
@xxxAlesanaFan4everxx environment. the se asians seem darker just because they're closer to the equator, having harsher sun rays thus making the people appear darker than normal. but that's typical for anyone who's out in the sun too much. and the eastern asians have colder, windier climates, and have less sun so they have that benefit as well. and it also depends on the person. some people are just born naturally a lighter/darker skin color regardless of their ethnic background. i don't mean to
