It's the band's choice if they want to meet fans. Take MCR for instance: Huge band. I've seen them twice, waited both time with about 25 people. They never came out. Therefore, it really has nothing to do with the people.

I didn't vote cuz I don't have cable and plus I wouldn't vote cuz I don't want to and I agree with you. If the band's mext show in L.A. is going to be some huge stadium place like the staples center or something, I won't go because I like to be near them with a small group of people. It's just easier to feel like youre with them. And at small venues it's almost impossible for you to not come across them and yes, the teenies annoy me cuz they can't shut up for a few seconds
