  • man i would like to see Bobby Roode speak like that to the Miz.

  • I heard Jay Lethal on a another wrestling show called "ROH Wrestling" and I also saw Shelton Benjamin.

  • Bobby Roode aka the best in the world at what he does. I love how this was over half a year ago, before he received a push and he was still kicking ass on the mic.

  • i miss this bobby roode :(

  • At that point i think hogan didnt think that much of roode. That was a shoot.

  • This was a better promo than ANYTHING Hulk Hogan has EVER done in his life. All he ever did his was his stupid well you know something mean Gene Brother, Brother, Dude, Vitamins and Prayers and whatcha gonna do brother bullshit and then phone it in inside the ring. Hulk Hogan is the biggest cancer in the history of professional wrestling.

  • @TNAROHfan

One of the best promos in the history of wrestling? No of course not, but good enough. Meth Hardy has never delivered half as good of a promo and neither has James Storm.

  • I'M HERE BECAUSE SOMEONE POSTED THIS ON WRESTLING FORUM

  • @KleboldWF

    ....Great.

  • It appears Hogan took these words to heart and screwed Roode over.

Politics are back like in WCW it seems.

  • Give the title to the guy who has been loyal, hardworking, driven, built up like a star and has gotten insanely over during his hype? Nah, give it to the druggie who is responsible for the single most embarrassing moment in TNA history and has done nothing but drop the ball everytime he's given a chance.

    Fuck this company.

  • @ArtDono wut

  • And then they completely blew it all, so Meth can get the title back.

  • @EnjiBEARatsu the funny part is WHILE Roode/Storm have worked their tails off, Meth Hurrdy is still getting sympy from TNA management so instead of him working his way back the ladder, TNA will throw him in there because they are desperate for ratings and attention and will use WWE rejects to get it. "Modest to the top" he says!

  • I don't watch much TNA, but how is this guy NOT world champion material?

  • After what just happened at Bound for Glory, and I'm not talking about the superficial bullshit Hulkamania face turn, but after what just happened at BFG, and based on the interview and the articles I've seen, every word Bobby Roode says about Hulk Hogan in this promo is truth. I have zero respect for Hulk Hogan. He is a devil. Hulkamania is nothing more than a bile fascination, and TNA management are a bunch of sheep. Those of you with Twitter, please make #FuckHogan a trending topic.

  • @Witness2TheWade lol, you're pathetic.

  • @TRUE0UTLAW How am I pathetic? That post was before the title got hot-potatoed to Storm and then to Roode - who's been having a pretty stellar run as not only the new heel champ, but also as one of the most convincing jackasses in wrestling. Although that still doesn't change the fact that the route to getting there became so frustrating and circular at the end in part because of Hogan's influence. But speaking of Hogan, might I ask, where has the man been lately in terms of TNA?

  • unfortunately hulk hogan ruined roodes career

hogan would have to job to roode himself to get this guy over

hogan said he was next and was right

  • unfortunately hulk hogan ruined roodes career

hogan would have to job to roode himself to get this guy over

  • Great Roode promo

  • THIS is why Bobby Roode will be the next World Heavyweight Champion and this is why Bobby Roode will be a GREAT Champ

  • That "this" is considered an "excellent" promo speaks voulmes about the state of wrestling. Back in the day, each territory had guys who could talk like that in the midcard alone.

Good promo, yes...by TNA standards...but lets take things in their proper context.

  • Definitely World Championship material.

  • @icewatercube. If you wanna hear something that you probably know already? Technically, Jeff Jarrett is a former WWE employee. He was close friends/tag team partners with the late Owen Hart. At some point of some of the TNA roster's careers, they were in WWE as well. So, technically some of the roster of TNA have been associated with the World Wrestling Federation.

  • @StraightEdgeIsLife i hope 2 :)

  • Awsome promo, best ive ever seen in tna

  • hope he beats Angle at BFG

  • great promo

  • Robert Roode was fantastic with this promo

    Good job.

  • Roode has been letting loose with some great promos since Fortune turned on Immortal, including this one and the one the week after the turn. They need to get him "healthy" and let him loose.

  • Yea. To think the old wrestlers, stars and official's that made wrestling special in the past are ruin it for everyone today.

  • This was one of the best shoot promo's I've seen. Preach on Brother Roode...... Hogan and Bischoff are nothing but self serving vampires who couldn't run a wrestling company if you drew them a map. I loved the fact that he stood up for Jay Lethal too, that needed to be said. A good man with a passion for the business got a pink slip.

  • This really examplafies how annoyed TNA staff are with Hogan, Bishoff and anyone else screwing with the company.

  • Now that's a promo right there! Unlike the boring ass shit the Miz does.

  • Thats one of the best promos ive ever seen!!! Fuk had me on edge of my seat! "hogan you listen to me you son of a bitch" haha fukin love it!! Go fortune!!!

  • from 3:28 - 3:36 ...lol..Scottish accent

  • My God. This was a very good promo by Robert Roode. Great intensity! Spoke with a purpose and he actually made you CARE about what was going on. Give this guy a fucking push!!!!

  • @Dalyxman Actully, if you dont kno a big name returns next week. There are plans to break up beer money and for roode to get a push. Sorry if thats confusing as I tried to not spoil it

  • @Dalyxman He's getting it already.

  • @Dalyxman he's long been due one anyway considering him and Storm are a few of the home grown TNA talents who are still around and getting pops from the crowd.

  • Awsome
