@sonjarenae Buckskin and Duns are not the same similar coloring yes but it is only a Dun if it has primitive markings such as a dorsal stripe or zebra strips on the legs.

I'm also horseback tour guide and that was a really good briefing...except for, "If your horse spooks...DONT FALL OFF!" he he he. Just kidding. lets see...don't ride butts is another big one. This sounds like it was a fun ride though. Jealous!!

Why is nobody ever tells beginning riders to use a single reign pull for bucking or bolts? or that there is a pecking order and the horse in front of you may kick your horse if you get too close?

It's a dude ranch, so if there's any bolting or bucking horses...they're not going to be used for dudes.

As for the horse kicking in front kicking...yeah, that's a good thing to cover.
