I don't fully understand why many Muslims complain about music. I think that Islamic music does a lot of good. It is one of the first things I ever used to help me learn about Islam. This song is not promoting Islam, it is not denigrating your beliefs, it isn't "recruiting" anyone to Islamic way of life, nor is it inciting hatred to others. This is not "preaching". It is simply one man's expression of gratefulness, and reverence to his God. This song could well be sung by any practicing Christian, and would be just appropriate, and relevant.
