Is there supposed to be a running commentary on this video? It would help people get to know the system more quickly.

No commentary is provided primarily due to the fact that it makes it easier to show both English and Welsh interfaces and that the primary audience is likely to view videos on computers where sound is not instantly available - labs and so on.
