  • THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

  • 1:17 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAA!

  • What brand of food processor is that? I've never seen one with beaters. I live in New York; I'm assuming yours is a European brand. Awesome video!

  • These look great, can't wait to try them.

One thing though, it sent shivers down my spine when you cracked the eggs on the edge of the cup. That drives bits of egg shell into the egg. To minimize health risk, you should crack your eggs on a flat surface, like the counter top.

    Keep up the good work!

  • They look great!! I wanted to ask something....why you add the protein? what difference does it make? because there's another recipe out there without the protein

    Thank you

  • Hi

I found the protein makes them a little bit mroe sturdy!

  • I wonder how they taste

  • mine taste like puff pastry bread, lol. sometimes, i can make them taste like buttery crissants since the consitency is similar

  • If you have access to neufchatel cheese, that might be a good substitute for philly cream cheese. Neuchatel cheese has less fat and is just as low in carbs as philly.

  • low fat? It has nothing to do with low carb.

  • u kinda need fat if ur doing low carb, lol. but good suggestion :)

  • Hi Im new to a low cardb lifestyle...Could you please tell me what protien powder is?Is it like flour? Thank you

  • Protien powder is just any protien dietary supplement you can find at a health store. I like whey, too. It's derived from milk, very natural, and some brands are lactose free (Whey to Go). The taste tends to be much better that soy protien. I like Designer Whey brand, too. Hope that helps!

    :)

  • thanks for the great video! Can't wait to try these.

  • Those came out perfect!! Wow! What brand of protein powder do you use?

  • Hello

I use Body Fortress as it is pretty much the only low carb one I can get locally.

  • Thank you so much!! Great video!!

  • where can I get a food processor like that? Great video. Thank you

  • Hi I got mine from Argos in the UK.

  • Very informative. She did a great job on the video and instructions. I will now be making these and eating them! :) So far I have lost 73 lbs since April on Low Carb with little bread, now it looks like this will be a great alternative. THANK YOU!

  • hmmmn just delicious - can't wait to try them - did you say mayonaise?

  • yep!

  • Oh honey, I will be trying these out on monday = Thank you xx

  • Okay I tried it just like you said but the carbinate of soda made mine taste all salty -:(((

  • i like your accent. :)

  • Thanks for sharing this hmmmn I just cant wait to try :) One other question I was wondering without working it out myself how many little carbs are in here per roll - I am guessing about am I right :)

  • looks great!

  • these are not oopsie rolls.

your lowcarbfriends sig should say watch me make revolution rolls. Opsie rolls are Cleo's "opsie' anyway.

  • "Low Carb Rolls" is an adequately-generalized term for what is merely PinkAlcmene's take on a very well-known recipe among Atkins followers.

  • She does not call them oopsies. She calls the low carb rolls.

  • She called them oopsie rolls on a different board in a link, which was how I got here.

  • well I made these, though my whey protien had 6 carbs per 42 oz. :( Anywhos, i ruined the first batch, put to much cream of tartar, but the second batch i did a little less tartar and doubled the splenda, omg, it was just like ANGEL FOOD CAKE!! thank you thank you for this video!!

  • do these turn out kinda like a croissant? They look amazing, how many carbs u think is in 1 roll? :P ....

  • Hi

There is less than 1 carb per roll so I just count 1 to make it easier. You would want to add all the carbs in total then divide by the number of rolls you produce.

  • what type of protein powder do you use?...i want a simple baking protien powder...and i just need a small Bag.

  • Great job!!

  • Very informative - good video and easy to follow - thanks!

    Marc

  • i came over from lowcarbfriends forum that looks great and yummy i will try the recipe for sure!

  • Thank You,

I am going to try this.

Can you generally substitute protein powder for flour? I am looking for a low carb thickener.

  • Hi

I do use protein powder a lot. I think you would need to experiment in relation to substitutions though.

    Good luck.

  • Great job. I've made the rolls slightly differently, but I look forward to seeing more videos from you.

  • Great recipe! They are a great change of pace when I want to eat my burger actually on a bun. Glad to see we have another low carber making videos.
