@neillg - Perhaps. However, this was a major concert in Germany. Compare this to the light shows, explosions, smoke, fire, and more, of live bands. The song was theatrical, as was the modern opera, " Les Miserable'." As stunning as any opera, Broadway musical, or stage play--why not! The ententainment was not for Susan, but for audience. I vote, "Aye" and wish I could have been there, in tears no doubt, mainly from the vocal perfection--but yes--from the emotive effect of the staging.

I believe that Susan's calling is to sing unrestrained by formulas meant to package her voice and appearance to appeal to a wider audience. I believe in Susan Boyle, the person. Es una pena ver en lo que la industria discografica a convertido a esta excelente cantante.

La primera vez que la escuche tuve que escucharla otras 10 veces mas para creerme lo que estaba escuchando.

Tenia una voz tan potente, clara y fresca.....

Y ahora parece que trata de no usar toda la voz que tiene.Parece contenida, cantando por debajo de su registro natural.
