@megansrp Nope! It's ok to make it your own. Just as long as you have a cleanser and the alcohol to disinfect, it's not necessary to have everything. You can also add in your regular hair conditioner and just add extra water so it's not so concentrated. It's up to you though :)

im not sayin this like im a hater but ur cleaning the brushes wrongwhen ur cleaning a blush brush u want to go in circular motions. and ur supposed to spray the product on the napkin not the brush. i hope u take these tips into consideration cuz if u care aboutur brushes u may not want them to loose their shape by going back and forth, although if u were cleaning an eye brush u wud want to go back and forth. love this channel though and i mmay try this! xD

instead of dish soap u can use a clarifying shampoo! the dish soap is very strong and not godd for your brushes! i used to wash my brushes with dish soap then started notiving they were getting dry n stiff-like...started using this method with clarifying shampoo,and lavander scented baby shampoo n tadah!

@siuzanable You don't have to wash your brushes with a homemade brush cleanser. You can use a brush cleanser that you can purchase in stores, such as elf, mac, etc. I used EnkoreMakeup's method on the brush cleanser so if you don't want to use all the ingredients I'm sure he may mention a substitute.

The alcohol you use is rubbing alcohol, not drinking alcohol that you can purchase at a liquor store. Go to your local drugstore and you should be able to find it wear the first aid stuff is.

No. Hand sanitizer might ruin your brushes.

I just use Dawn dish soap and then use Suave creme rinse. Brushes are clean and soft afterwards. :-)

You don't have to use dish soap, but if you normally use a dish soap thats moisturizing to your hands like Dawn, it will help keep your brushes soft. Plus the scent I have smells good, so it helps with the scent of the brush cleanser.

Have u found any products that really really work for oily skin becus clinique and zapzit does not work for me

What is your basic face routine? I used cetaphil gentle cleanser for normal-oily skin, biore astringent and cetaphil's moisturizer. You can try queen helene's mint julep mask or the oatmeal scrub. I didn't have good results with the mint julep mask but several people have done videos on the mask. Check it out! :)

I use it for a spot clean like if I was doing my makeup in the morning and didn't have time to deep clean. Then when I came home I would break out the baby shampoo and wash them. You can try it for a deep or spot cleaning and see which you prefer :)
