it's a shame i looked over their site for shampoo & they want too much money for natural ingredients loaded w/ parabens, sls, pro glycol, fragrance. i don't understand why they have to load great natural ingredients w/ all that crap! ugh! looks like all their product r loaded w/ crap fowling up the natural ingredients. so disappointing bc i like their concept.
thank you product diva, i use to buy Lush years ago, its a money waster with there products, they over charge there products, I rather buy my goodies online, LUSH to me is a rip off, plus I dont like there customer services some of there represenatives in the lush company was very rude to me, so no more I would support LUSH. IMO.
@KahaluuMartyMom Wow sorry to hear about your Lush experience. I don't like the size of the samples they give out. As much as their items cos, the samples that they give out should be as least visible to the naked eye..lol. I haven't encountered any rude lush employees yet and I hope I never do. However the beauty of having so many other companies out there is that we never have to feel enslaved to one brand. Also as a customer you should always feel respected..after all it is YOUR money.
@dayabas lol it does look like ravioli, you're so right. Yes, it can replace lotion because it is basically just shea butter so it's like cocoa butter which can certainly replace lotion. However, lotions can come in a variety of scents and this item only comes in one scent.
Yes, I agree that it's a total waste of money. I last purchased King of Skin, or any other Body Butter from LUSH when it was a square shaped, $11.95 product. The only thing I now purchase from LUSH is their solid deodorants, which last a long time, and do work, but other than that - nope.
@aleejay2007 Lush does offer some soaps that I like, but Iit is important to shop around because you can find similar or better items at a better price through other stores.
@YoursTrulyChris hello- I wouldn't use it on my hair but it you give it a try, please let me know how it works out for you. Yes, the bar melts pretty quickly in your hands.
I like the concept but maybe a different "packaging"? If it were in the form of a stick with an actual applicator maybe that would make a difference...?

@productjunkiediva yeah im not sure i would use it on my hair either
i was just wondering because of all the oils its almost basically a hair butter thing.
it leaves a real sheen to your skin so thats why i was wondering if you use it in your hair if it would make it shine

If they had made it in a liquid lotion form, that would have been more practical.
Ceci2468 2 years ago
A liquid would work also, much like the cocoa butter oils by Palmers.
productjunkiediva 2 years ago
I love Palmer's cocoa butter! I use it on my legs after shaving.

@stringendo1 Palmers is a nice alternative.
