At least Metul will never die like indy, emo and stuff like that because the people who make it know music theory inside out, and metal, heavy rock are the best musical vehicle that can incorporate so many styles and techniques etc. this genre is so versatile where as fad bands (KOL,Arctic monkeys, any bands that start with 'the') die out because there is no diversity ie they all sound the same, even the populas gets bored. also the metal world are brethrin, it is an extended family

Just shows which music is more heartfelt, would all those pop-rockers still be playing if they knew they'd still only be getting pub gigs ten years down the track? I think not, meanwhile metalheads pour their hearts into their music for nothing, they go broke because of their love of the music.
@dexterr482 I feel you man, too many beast bands like this don't get the respect they deserve. This band should be on the top metal bands as well as fury never fades, the last felony, conducting from the grave and many more. Nice to know someone else supports REAL metal.

The focus of that comment was more to do with the lack of overall recognition metal gets anyway not just the money earnt (or more, lost) in comparison to other genres. I guess it's good because the clean vocals don't seem to be so whiney like hardcore vocals do, plus the breakdowns aren't actually noticable.
