  • @SpeiraCrotalus Yes, it is people who commit crime not the items they use...

  • On every question of construction (of the Constitution) let us carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed. — Thomas Jefferson, Letter to William Johnson, June 12, 1823

  • @cowboytgl I do, who else does? Not many...

  • @CaptainBerz that makes 2 of us brother

  • @CaptainBerz that makes 2 of us brother maybe we should let our supreme court justices in on this secret?

  • I am thinking watching some of the youtube channels that I enjoy will put me on a watch list. Fortunately I dont do anything illegal. I still dont appreciate the invasion of my privacy.

  • @ironheadgram True, a list a day keeps the boogieman away..

  • I thought they were using the TSA no fly list as refferance.????? Wow the fbi is using thier own list.....Dosnt that throw shit in the face of the fusion centers???? HEY descention among thier ranks......Are we winning?????/.........L&B

  • @jerseydevildog Fusion centers, those are interesting....

  • if someone is a ''known'' terrorist why are they not in jail ? something about until proven guilty comes to mind

  • @shallnotbeinfringed I have been trying to figure out how to respond. I think you are talking about the suspected terrorists should be proven guilty?

  • @CaptainBerz this is why i dont comment much lol its really two points that look like one 1. if some one is a known terrorist then they must know they did something so arrest go to court jail them or free them end off story right i my eyes theirs a long way between KNOWN SUSPECTED and CONVICTED. 2.i hear what you talked about in this vid and was thinking to my self ''until PROVEN guilty'' fuck we are so lost

  • @shallnotbeinfringed I figured it was that, just curious...lol

  • I am fully aware that there are some people out there who would shoot someone just for shits & giggles, but I stand a better chance of winning the lottery than being shot by one of them. The only reason a rational person would allow the fear of guns to rule their lives would be if they know that their behavior, or the company they keep, makes them a likely victim IMO. People who are terrified of being shot should modify their behavior &/or find new friends, or move to a country that bans guns

  • @americangamefowl I agree, although with a nation of this many people the odds are good fearful people will exist...

  • Shout out to Starbucks for not getting in the middle of the Brady Campaign's agenda.

  • @YokoWenis lol

  • I would vote that bill in, If they used the "real" definition of terrorist, and classified all politions who introduce and pass laws in direct violation of our constitution as terrorists!

  • @cowboytgl Me too, I think known terrorist makes sense, not suspected..

  • I guess im a terrist I got pulled to the side last week at the airport. I must be on the list. A bunch of chicken shit.

  • @bulldog10mm Chicken shit is an understatement..

  • According to the DHS, I'm a possible terrorist. I stockpile Ammunition and weapons. I am a Veteran, and support Ron and Rand Paul. I support the rule of law in matter's of Federal Government. I also support Free-Market's and Capitalism.

  • @Joe11Blue We are on the same page, DHS got us all in the sights...

  • @CaptainBerz There's more of us than them. The only we come out ahead is to stay peaceful, and to force their hand.

  • The "suspected" portion of that bill goes hand in hand with the D.H.S. training for federal and local law enforcement that teaches them to pick out terrorists by things like constitutional/libertarian bumper stickers, and by things like having a concealed carry license, or speaking out against the government, according to DHS, those things make u a "potential" terrorists, which would mean all of us here on YT would be "suspected" terrorists and unable to buy a gun.

  • @NeverEnuffAmmo We are on the same page here..

  • The Gov. may not authorize any force to police the ppl! What ever happened ta that I wonder! Great vid! GOD BLESS!

  • @TheDaytonDevil Me too, me too

  • I bet we made the list lol Most of the people on here are on it lol.

  • @MichiganTNP I am sure I do...lol

  • Back in the good old days couldn't they just kill the terrorists, because they are a umm...terrorists?

  • @teddycanary I think due process and a fair trial are needed, but the end result is death, yes...

  • Those people are just as bad as the terrorists..

  • @daddyoca69 Yup...

  • this is what would have happened: known and supsected terrorist = all americans.

Have to agree though, how freaking stupid do you have to be to think a criminal or terrorist would go to a gun shop to get a freaking SEMI-auto firearm... anti gun nuts should be smacked in the back of the head, won't do any good, but it would make me feel a bit better

  • @Vhammer2010 Agreed, all americans would have been under that one..

  • The Brady Bunch bill is a joke. I fall under the bill not because i am violent or because i have a felony. It's because i had to defend myself physicality against a bigger man more than a few times. A few overnighters will get your guns rights gone. No felony anymore.

Not that this is going to stop me from owning a firearm...i just have to settle for a open bolt fully automatic firearm like a sten gun clone made in my garage.

Not that i make guns...thats illegal

  • @drainocleanser Riiiggghtttt....

  • I thought the only bad guys that bought guns in actual gun shops were cartel gun runners and that was only when the ATF was letting them do it. lol

  • Our government sells guns to international terrorists of other countries. Our government told a gun shop in Arizona to sell guns to suspected gun runners. If you can't buy guns here legally...? Maybe the government will sell you a few.

  • @OkieJohn1950 Yes, I do remember this now. I will try, Ill let you know.....

  • Great stuff Cap. This is added to my favorites.

  • @lambdog76 Really? I was just talking really. Logic in todays world does not get too far, but we will venture on...Carry On! lol

  • Yea if you ever been to a biker club house or u are part of a biker club they would label you a terrorist

  • @zombiekillerjordan I was getting to this kinda, I am sure shallnotbeinfringed will pick up on it...lol

  • Yeah man, the bill was designed for you, me and every other American that owns a firearm, or for anyone thinking of owning a firearm. If you're a patriot that believes in the Constitution and can think for yourself, you must be al Qaeda. Didn't you get the memo? LoL, I need to get back to getting all the cosmoline off this new AK I just bought,....

  • @cronoslogic haha, go you and anti cosmoline...

  • They'll never win on points, so they scare the stupid and ignorant.

  • @martinitime1975 True, very true

  • Well, IMO they didn't vote it threw because it would make the GOV look bad if they did catch anyone. Because if the GOV knows there are terrorists and who they are in this country someone would ask: Why didn't the GOV grab them up when they came into the country. And if they would have passed the law they would have just put everybody on the "suspected" terrorist list. So no one could buy guns. Then a lot of people would freak out and riot I'm sure. I'm glad they didn't pass it. Thanks

  • @MrAk47master I could see that as well, good outside the box thoughts. I see it as this is one step to get people on the list, like you and I from getting guns. Same as you.
