I'm all for surveillance of suspected terrorists, but what's so hard about getting a warrant? If you have probable cause, go get the warrant and do the surveillance, if not.. don't invade privacy. Even if I didn't like Republicans they have a point in that the Democrat-controlled had time for Roger Clemens vs trainer day and had time to vote on contempt of congress citations.
