You have done a fantastic job, in the previous video before the repair the first head chamber looked like the devils arsehole and now looks as beautiful as an angel but with devilish desire! ;) :)
@ROCKSOLID19 They acctually solder new alluminum to the places where it's scratched. When there's to much of it they mill it away with a cnc machine. It's actually not that hard. The expensive thing in the repair is the hours they need to program all the dimensions into the machine. We have cnc lessons in school and believe me there's over 1000 commands in there. I couldn't possibly do this XD
They decked the shit out of those heads. Did they shim it with steel head gaskets or mill the other one to match and spec the rest of the motor to the tighter valve to piston clearances?
