Who really is to blame? I think we know the answer. Pharmaceuticals and Doctors together are making money. This wasn't as big of a problem as it is in this day and age. And we are seeing the casualties.

I believe the toxicolgy reports will well define what killed her. The XANAX and ALCOHOL in her body caused her to fall asleep in tub filled with water. It DID play a role.
