You're really good at animating! My only suggestion would be to raise the fps. Right now, it looks like it's around 14 or 16 fps. I use 20 or sometimes 25 fps. It takes a while getting used to using a new frame rate, but once you get the hang of it, it makes your animations a lot better. You can watch my videos to see how smooth they are, and there's probably some more videos on YouTube, too.

Yes the first time you make the stick guy run/walk and so on. But when you have made the perfect walk/run or something. Just copy the frames..
