I never heard of this band until this evening. I was tuning in pop music in the 80's and am very familiar with a large number of pop artists and songs from this era but not this band. She wouldn't happen to be the lead singer of the Go Go's, her voice is familiar "Back on the Chain Gang". I notice comments referring to Surrey...that wouldn't be a suburb of metro Vancouver Cda would it?, cause I've heard of a Surrey in England. The lead singer wears little makeup, I dig a Plain Jane!.

(apol.spelling btw!) tribute band about 2 years ago at pontins with this drummer (he thinks!!) and talked to him!! I believe the drummer went on to big things - not sure what though but just remember hearing he was snapped up by a huge band in the 90s. Probably mansioned up in deepest Surrey by now, lucky bugger.

Bought the 12" of this back in 1987 - saw them twice at the West End Centre in Aldershot as a student. Love the song 'Parade'.

OMFG I love this!!!! The drummer looks a little creepy with his arthritis bracelet but the rest is soooo COOL! Bring back the 19F80s!
